Holmen Wrestlers Shine with Strong Performances Ahead of Regionals

Holmen wrestlers put on a strong showing at their latest meet, with several standout performances leading the way. Celia Drogseth made quick work of her opponent with an impressive 12-second pin, while Haley Dezelske, Kaytlynn Lambries, and Peyton Kratochvill remained undefeated throughout the competition.

Holmen secured multiple top finishes, with Kaytlynn Lambries dominating her bracket and earning 5.5 team points, including a lightning-fast 23-second pin. Haley Dezelske was also unstoppable, racking up 6.0 team points with three consecutive falls. Peyton Kratochvill showcased her versatility, securing victories by both fall and decision.

Other notable performances included Jozie Collins’ second-place finish and strong wins by Elsie Hakala, Ellie Adam, and Allison Weiss, who each placed third.

Next up, Holmen will host regionals on Friday, where the team looks to carry this momentum forward.
