Holmen Boys Wrestling Punches Ticket to Team State
The Holmen Vikings wrestling team is heading to the WIAA Team State Tournament after an impressive performance at the WIAA Team Sectional on Tuesday, February 18. Holmen secured their trip to Madison with dominant victories over New Richmond and Menomonie.
Semifinal: Holmen 49, New Richmond 19
The Vikings started the night strong with a commanding 49-19 win over New Richmond. Holmen secured victories in ten of the fourteen weight classes, with five of those wins coming by fall.
